August 2019

The location was brilliant and the whole family from 2 yrs. to 70 yrs. old had a wonderful week.

June 2019

We had a lovely stay, the place is beautiful, it's a shame the cattle grid into the council office next door is so noisy in the mornings.

January 2019

A lovely 10 days heightened by the serenity of the New Forest, its animals and this charming cottage. Undoubtedly we will be back!

January 2019

We've enjoyed a perfect getaway, blessed with beautiful weather. Lots to do (for us and the kids.... Peppa Pig world was a hit!), really enjoyed Studland Bay Beach and walks at Bolderwood.

January 2019

Lovely Cottage, we really enjoyed our Christmas break, perfect location and very nicely presented, would like to visit in Easter or the Summer.

January 2019

Had a lovely long weekend at Bench Cottage. Explored the local pubs and forest during the days and spent 3 cosy evenings in drinking and eating in the cottage. Thank you for a great stay!

October 2018

Yes enjoyed stay. Kitchen- especially the gas cooker with eye-level grill was very dated. I did little cooking as a result. Your 3 star ranking was spot on.

Thank you for your comments. We are pleased to advise that the cooker has now been replaced at Bench Cottage. We hope you will return to the cottage again in the future.

August 2018

We loved Bench Cottage - a lovely house, with everything we needed, and a great location.

July 2018

Brilliant place to stay, a real character cottage. Love that you can wander up to the village, where there’s a great French Cafe & other eateries or out the gate & onto the heath & into the forest.
