Sandpipers has been lovingly converted to a high standard to provide a very special one bedroom boutique holiday home right in the centre of the popular Georgian market town of Lymington. Full of character with some creative and inspired touches to appreciate, visitors will enjoy relaxing here after fun filled days in and around Lymington and the New Forest National Park. The property comprises of a well-equipped modern kitchen/diner, two charming reception rooms on different floors, attractive contemporary bedroom, pristine shower room and south west facing courtyard garden.
Lymington, is a thriving market town with famous Saturday market, a variety of boutique shops, restaurants, pubs and cafes all within a few minutes’ walk from Sandpipers. Take a short stroll to the pretty Town Quay and enjoy the hustle and bustle of the local fisherman landing their catches and watching the boats moving along the river. It is possible to take a boat trip from here into The Solent. The local station is also within a few minutes’ walk from where you can catch a train to Lymington Pier for the ferry to Yarmouth, Isle of Wight or Brockenhurst for the New Forest and further afield.
There are plenty of local attractions within an easy drive that can be visited from Lymington including Beaulieu Motor Museum, the villages within the New Forest, south coast beaches at Milford on Sea and Bournemouth.
Little Egret, B251 a sister one bedroom apartment above can be booked alongside Sandpipers, sleeping 4 in two apartments. If both properties are booked together a 10% discount will be applied.
Entrance via pretty steps down into lower ground floor reception room which is full of character with a designer sofa bed (for occasional use, linen included) which provides an alternative area to relax in after a busy day.
Stairs up to the ground floor into the modern kitchen/diner with integrated electric oven, electric hob, slimline dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso machine, DAB radio with Bluetooth and fridge-freezer; small dining table with seating for four.
Sliding doors lead to the attractive lounge with comfortable modern sofa and chairs, TV, slate fire place with electric wood burner effect fire.
Bedroom with king size bed (5ft), imaginative and original features and Egyptian cotton bed linen.
Bathroom with modern, large walk-in shower, basin and WC.
Delightful and sunny private sheltered walled south west courtyard with garden furniture and colourful pots.
Please note that there is no allocated parking on Gosport Street.
You will be able to drop off luggage outside of the property, but then you must move your car to the public car park close by (Gosport Street or Cannon Street East).
A public car parking clock is provided for your stay (against a £35.00 refundable deposit- to be collected from New Forest Cottages office).
This will be able to be paid for in advance over the phone. Alternatively we will be able to take a cash or card payment on arrival.

Lovely property and a great location, as its only 2 minutes away from the high street. Great pubs and food in town. Couldn't have picked a better weekend with the weather. House is very homely and has everything you could need. Fantastic time was had!

We had a lovely time, the property was ideally located for Lymington, which has a wonderful choice of venues to eat/drink, many are also dog friendly. For eating out, I recommend The Kings Head and the Stanwell Hotel, both are reasonably priced with excellent food and are dog friendly. Property is also well located to visit the New Forest and nearby seaside locations. Excellent friendly and helpful service recieved from the New Forest Properties team.

Excellent property brilliant location like a home from home
Wonderful house, ideally located to walk into Lymington and to explore the area. Standard of furnishings excellent and everything you could possibly want is provided to make your stay perfect. Fantastic pubs and restaurants in Lymington especially the Indian, Thai and The Ship by the quay best food I have eaten in a long while. New Forest Cottages extremely helpful and caring staff who genuinely want you to enjoy your stay. Milk, butter, jam and scones, bottle of wine and hot chocolate await your arrival as well cannot wait for our next stay
