The garden ends at the sea wall and you can walk from the garden directly onto the wall and enjoy picturesque walks along the Solent viewing the salt marshes and abundant bird life to Lymington one way or further afield westward to Keyhaven.
The modest, simply but comfortably furnished, four bedroom detached house offers spacious, welcoming family accommodation in stunning, idyllic surroundings. The outdoor heated swimming pool is undoubtedly another feature to be enjoyed by holidaymakers during the summer season. If you can bear to leave this coastal location the popular Georgian town of Lymington is just one mile away with the village of Brockenhurst in the New Forest National Park a twenty minute drive away. You can enjoy cycling, walking, animal and bird watching directly from the property or throughout the New Forest.
Please note: Children must be supervised at all times in the garden because the swimming pool is not fenced.

This is directly connected with the lounge with TV, DVD player and HiFi. There is ample seating and stunning views over the pool, garden and Solent beyond with Yarmouth, Isle of Wight, in the distance.
The modern kitchen has a double integrated electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer and larder fridge and is well equipped for the keen cook. There is a family bathroom with bath, hand shower and hand basin.
Separate cloakroom with WC.
Bedroom 1 has a double bed, and views over the garden and Solent. There is an attached dressing room that leads on to the en suite bathroom including bath with shower over, basin and WC.
Stairs lead to first floor.
The three bedrooms on the first floor are all partly built within the eaves.
Bedroom 2 includes a double bed, storage and en suite electric WC with wash basin.
Bedroom 3 has twin single beds and views across the Solent to the Isle of Wight.
Bedroom 4 has a single bed.
Due to the character of the property please mind your head on the low beam on the first floor landing near the top of the stairs.
The property is surrounded by its own delightful level garden and grounds interspersed with mature trees, shrubs, flower borders, large south facing lawn, patio with garden furniture and the fantastic view. Walk to the end of the garden, through the gate with pathway leading towards the sea wall with spectacular views and excellent walking opportunities. The outdoor pool measures 30 ft by 15 ft and is 7ft deep in the middle. Children must be supervised at all times inside the garden as there is no restriction of access to the pool. The pool will be open and heated from May bank holiday until the end of September.

Property: Self-catering holiday home
We did have a lovely week here and the children particularly had a wonderful time in the pool. Housekeeping hadn't made up the single bed in the small bedroom so we had to find the sheets etc and make that up ourselves. If the house had had a few more modern touches to it, it would have been perfect.
