Packed full with delicious days out and some of the biggest names in music (and a little bit of fairy dust for good measure), the New Forest festival scene has never been more vibrant.
Here’s a comprehensive list and information of the best summer festivals and summer events in and around the New Forest in June 2018.
2nd – 3rd June Highcliffe Food Festival
Potter amongst more than 75 stalls of wonderful foodie products, tastings and culinary demonstrations from the area’s well known local chefs. It’s fun, it’s delicious and a great day out for foodies, their friends and families. There’s also live music on two stages and entertainment.
8th – 10th June Hurst Dubfest, Lymington
This is full on fun that’s not just for owners of VW Camper Vans – though you’ll see plenty of them at this enthusiasts’ festival! It’s super family friendly with a chilled-out, relaxing atmosphere. Think great music from some pretty fabulous tribute bands, magicians, Kids Got Talent competition, food and drink and plenty more!
16th – 20th June Smoked and Uncut at The Pig, Brockenhurst
Settle down under the trees for a day (or more) of superb music. This year John Illsley of Dire Straits and his band are headlining, along with a packed program of great musicians and performers. Bring your friends, feast on great food and drink some lovely tipples in a gorgeous setting.
30th June Ringwood Gin and Jazz Festival
Taste exciting gins from Silent Pool and Winchester Distillery with a tempting array of fabulous food – you’ll soon find your head nodding in time to the cool beats of wonderful live music. Make sure you take time to browse around the hugely popular monthly Hampshire Farmers Market on the same day.
