Now is the time to start looking, researching and planning where to stay. Below are some wonderful properties from our New Forest Cottages luxury portfolio to drool over. Just remember, if you like the look of them and know your dates – book now, before someone else does.

Trefusis (sleeps 10)

Set in the Holmsley area of the New Forest, surrounded by trees and footpaths begging to be cycled and walked through, Trefusis is the Grand Dame of single-story living – so great for the less mobile. Sleek open-plan living creates a lovely social area to gather and plan the next day’s adventures. In cooler months expect underfloor heating and wood for the log burner. There’s also a cosy snug with a TV if you fancy some quiet time away from the hubbub.

The outside space at Trefusis is what sets this holiday home apart from its contemporaries. You’ll find a covered hot tub surrounded by lots of fairy lights and a tv to watch whilst lazing in the bubbles. Nip into the kitchen garden and harvest some home-grown produce to stick on the BBQ, or lavish a bread base with toppings to pop into a traditional outdoor wood-fired pizza oven – dinner under the stars is always a treat!
