all you need to know
Surrounded by ancient woodlands and close to the dramatic Solent coast, is the Hampshire village of Pennington. This thriving community lies at the heart of the civil parish of Lymington and Pennington, and has several well-established shops; a butchers, a bakers, a fish ‘n’ chips shop, and also four traditional pubs which all serve a selection of locally brewed ales. To the south of the village lies Pennington Marshes; an area of marsh and tidal muds once used as salterns but now enjoyed by birdwatchers and wildlife enthusiasts.
The charming, Grade II listed, 2 bedroomed, character cottage, 2 Kings Hut (sleeps 4), enjoys a secluded setting just a few minutes walk from Pennington Common, and also the lively village centre, with its many amenities.
