Limen House is located in a quiet residential area and a mere 12 minute walk to the centre of this popular coastal town.  This delightful detached light and airy property has been refurbished throughout to provide good quality “home from home” holiday accommodation for couples and families. The well-equipped kitchen, generous living space and comfortable furnishings is suitable for six to seven guests. With the fantastically spacious garden for al fresco dining or relaxing with a cool glass of wine there is plenty to appreciate here at Limen House. If you enjoy bird watching then look out for owls, woodpeckers, goldfinches and very friendly robins and you may well see bats flying around the garden in the evening.

Lymington is a popular coastal market town with excellent shops, restaurants, pubs and general facilities for guests to explore.  If you like walking or cycling you can enjoy the stunning view of the Solent and the Isle of Wight as you make your way to Keyhaven along the sea wall through the nature reserve which forms part of the Solent Way.  For families, Lymington sea water baths (May to September) and St Barbe Museum are well worth a visit. For a full day out catch the ferry from Lymington to Yarmouth on the Isle of Wight or the train to Brockenhurst to explore the delights of the New Forest National Park.

Very spacious south west facing, colourful garden laid to lawn and surrounded by trees and shrubs. The large patio area with garden furniture, chiminea and charcoal barbeque is perfect for alfresco dining. There is a further sitting area in the attractive garden which is perfect for relaxing, birdwatching, having a quiet read or watching the children play after a wonderful day exploring the New Forest.

Included Bed linen, towels (please bring own beach towels), WiFi, electricity and central heating (gas). One basket of logs and kindling available during the winter season.

Pets One well behaved dog welcome.  Must be over the age of 1 year old (unless agreed with the owner prior to booking) and dogs must be fully housetrained and well behaved. The garden is not fully dog proof so please keep an eye on your dog. Please note there is a standard charge of £30 per pet per week.

Excellent items - night lights in hall and landing, quality of bed linen, beds, wardrobe space, kitchen equipment, heating. Property was excellent all round and superb location. Garden was wonderful, large bright light property. very welcoming place to stay.

We regularly rent cottages for long weekends and can honestly say that this is one of the best. The owners have clearly put a lot of care into the house which is immaculate. the house is stocked with every possible item to make your stay enjoyable from a myriad of kitchen items and utensils to the BBQ and garden furniture and cushions. Loved the garden it is bigger than you realise and is a very beautiful space to enjoy a warm evening around the BBQ. Great location also, we visited Beaulieu, Christchurch, Milford as well as Lymington itself. We came with our two young children and two other family members and we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you.
