A short break.

Depending on changeover day, Friday or Saturday, a short break can commence on that day, or any day thereafter, but must end on or prior to the next changeover day.

Many properties accept short breaks in low season periods, some in mid season; with short breaks infrequently accepted in high season. However, some holiday cottage owners will only accept short breaks 2-4 weeks in advance of the holiday.

Short breaks are priced as follows: 3 nights - 70% of the full weekly rent, 4 nights - 85% of the full weekly rent, 5 nights are priced at the full weekly rent.
