The property is in fact the owners' own holiday home which they have now made available for other visitors. Barton on Sea itself offers easy access both along the coast to Bournemouth and also inland to the Forest. The local golf course, with some stunning cliff top holes, is within easy reach and caters for non-members who can produce a handicap certificate.
Accommodation: Porch. Hall. Sitting room with colour television, video, music centre and gas fire. Dining room. Kitchen with electric hob and oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Cloakroom with basin and w.c. Stairs to First Floor: Bedroom one - 4'6" double bed and en-suite bathroom with hip-bath with hand shower over, basin and w.c. Bedroom two - two 3' beds. Bedroom three - 4'6" double bed. Bedroom four - one 3' bed. Bathroom with bath with hand-shower over, separate shower cubicle, two basins and w.c.
