Accommodation: Hall. Sitting room with television, log-burning stove and glazed door to garden. Dining room. Kitchen with gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge and freezer. Bathroom with bath with shower over, basin and w.c. Steep cottage stairs to First Floor: Bedroom one - 5' double bed. Bedroom two - two 3' beds. Both bedrooms have sloping ceilings in part. External utility room with coin-operated washing machine and tumble dryer.

gas central heating and electricity included linen available for hire at £12 per person per week but please bring own towels  duvets on beds phone for incoming and emergency outgoing calls regret no pets non-smokers only please  £40 deposit against breakage, damage and additional cleaning if necessary - refunded by owners fully enclosed good-sized garden with apple and pear trees (help yourself in season!) parking for two cars on private drive short breaks available but not during July and August Saturday to Saturday bookings.
