Tucked away in well over an acre of private garden, the property looks out over fields to the Isle of Wight and offers splendid walks to the nearby Solent. There is also quick and easy access into Lymington itself.

Super kitchen-breakfast room with electric hob, combination microwave/oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble drier. The kitchen-breakfast room has both a light and airy conservatory style area and a cosy sitting area with colour television. Ground floor study with Z bed. Ground floor shower room with shower cubicle, basin and w.c. Stairs to First Floor: Bedroom one - 6' double bed and door to private balcony. Bedroom two - 4'6" double bed. Bedroom three - one 3' bed and a Z bed if required. Bathroom with bath, basin, bidet and w.c. The bathroom is accessible from Bedroom one and from the landing.
