Bathroom off back hall with bath with hand shower (a sloping ceiling in the bathroom means that there is only some 5'5" headroom over the bath), basin and w.c. Cottage stairs from the sitting room to Bedroom one: 4' double bed. Interconnecting door to Bedroom two : two 2'6" beds and en suite washroom with basin and w.c. Door to secondary set of cottage stairs to the kitchen.
