This penthouse flat is situated on the East side of the Lymington River with a wonderful view over the river and boats to Lymington town and the Solent. It has been equipped and furnished for the owners' own use as a holiday home. The local slow train runs along the shoreline to the nearby Isle of Wight ferry terminal which can also be reached easily on foot with a five to ten minute walk.
Accommodation: Entrance hall. Open plan sitting/dining room with colour television and patio doors to balcony with views over the Solent to the Isle of Wight. Fitted kitchen area with electric cooker, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. Bedroom one - 5' double bed and en suite shower room with basin and w.c. Bedroom two - two 3' beds. Bathroom with bath, basin, bidet and w.c.
