The owners'own holiday home, the cottage provides a comfortable and convenient base with easy access to shops, restaurants, yacht clubs and the Yacht Haven.
Accommodation: Entrance hall. Bedroom one - 5' double bed. Bedroom two - 2'6" adult length bunk beds. Bathroom with bath with hand-shower and basin. Separate w.c. and basin. Stairs to First Floor: Lovely sunny sitting/dining room with colour television and balcony overlooking the Solent. Kitchen with gas hob, electric cooker, fridge, microwave and dishwasher. Washing machine in drying cupboard under stairs.
