This cosy and welcoming annexe cottage has been newly extended and completely refurbished by the owners for the use of guests and holiday visitors. The cottage lies to one side of the owners' house and the property enjoys a completely rural setting. Visitors are welcome to walk in the owners' fields (current crop and livestock requirements permitting). A popular pub is some five minutes walk away and miles of open forest lie at the end of the owners' drive - waiting to be explored and enjoyed. In addition, the coast is only some three miles drive away.
Accommodation: Sitting-dining room with colour television with DVD player, double sofa-bed and door to patio. Kitchen with gas cooker, microwave, fridge and breakfast counter. Freezer available in work room by cottage. Bedroom with 4'6" double bed and en-suite shower-room with shower cubicle, basin and w.c. Second shower-room off sitting dining room with shower cubicle, basin and w.c.

linen and towels included (but please bring own beach towels if required). Please also note that there is a £25 supplement if linen and towels are required for sofa bed  gas central heating and electricity included duvets on beds only children of  5 and above please and regret also not suitable for babies non smokers only please regret no pets allowed in cottage but kennelling and dog-washing facilities available if required next to cottage. Please note that owners have show dogs which have their own run by main house  with prior notice owners can arrange newspapers and a basic food pack at cost for your arrival  stabling, grazing and horse-box parking available by separate arrangement with owners patio area with BBQ plinth for exclusive use of visitors ample private parking by cottage and secure bike storage is also available short breaks available Friday to Friday bookings
