Open forest lies about half a mile away down a private gravel lane with a good family pub about another half mile beyond that. The shops and restaurants of New Milton are only some ten minutes drive away.
Accommodation: Hall. Sitting room with colour television and video player. Dining room overlooking garden. Kitchen breakfast room with electric cooker, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. Cloakroom with w.c. Bedroom one - 5' double bed and French doors to garden. Bedroom two - two 3' beds. Bedroom three - one 4' bed and one 2'6" bed. Bathroom with corner Jacuzzi bath, shower cubicle with power shower, basin and w.c.
