The delightful and well appointed studio cottage has been recently created by the owners for the use of guests and holiday visitors. Facilities are all on one floor but there is access at separate charge (see below for details) to a first floor loft bedroom. This bedroom is however really suitable only for children as the staircase and the sloping bedroom ceilings have a maximum height of 5'7". The cottage is situated to one side of the owners' attractive and spacious garden and neighbouring fields grazed by horses belonging to the owners. Visitors are welcome to wander the fields - a haven of peace and quiet, deer are often seen - and also have the use of a quiet corner of the garden itself. Open forest is within ten minutes walk and the coast is an easy drive away.
Accommodation: Attractive studio living room with a large double bed, 20 channel television, DVD and video player and seating area. Kitchen area with microwave, electric two ring cooker with oven, fridge and breakfast bar. Shower room with shower cubicle, basin and w.c.

linen and towels included but please bring own beach towels if required electric storage heating and electricity included duvets on beds children welcome but only if first floor bedroom is used - this bedroom has two 3' beds and is available, including linen and towels, at £70 a week extra one mature family dog welcome but visitors should note that there is also a friendly resident poodle! non-smokers only please visitors have the use of an area of garden with rural outlook set aside for them  stabling and horsebox parking available by separate arrangement with owners private parking and bike storage available off season for Christmas and New Year weeks only short breaks available but not during July and August Saturday to Saturday bookings
