Access to the cottage is down a gravelled forest road yet the property is within reasonable walking distance of the centre of Brockenhurst..
Accommodation: Entrance into rear lobby. Most attractive sitting room with electric fire, colour television and VTR. Charming cottage style kitchen/breakfast room with gas fired Aga cooker, gas cooker, microwave, fridge and washing machine. Cloakroom with w.c. and basin (off rear lobby). Stairs to First Floor: Bedroom one - with wonderful open forest views and 4'6" double bed and colour television with VTR. Bedroom two - also with a lovely view and one 3' single bed. Large bathroom with bath with shower over, basin and w.c.
