A ground floor bedroom and shower room makes this property particularly suitable for all the family including grandparents. The owners keep a horse and a donkey in paddock and stabling at the property - you are welcome to say hello but please do not feed them!
Accommodation: Lobby. Hall. Sitting room with doors to garden. Dining room with door to garden. Second sitting room with colour television, DVD and video players. Kitchen with electric range with hob and double oven, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. Washing machine and tumble drier in the lobby. Ground floor bedroom one - 4'6" double bed. Ground floor shower room with shower cubicle, basin and w.c. Stairs to First Floor: Bedroom two - 6' double bed. Bedroom three - two 3' beds. Bedroom four - two 3' beds and pull-out 3' bed (space for use only in bedrooms one or two). Bathroom with cast iron bath, basin and w.c.

linen and towels included electricity and electric heating included duvets on beds up to two mature family dogs welcome fully enclosed good sized garden to rear of cottage for use of visitors but parents please note large open pond by driveway at front of cottage.
