Located in the heart of the New Forest on the site of one of the earliest Royal hunting lodges, the owners of this beautifully restored estate have created a most unusual holiday apartment within the old water tower. The apartment offers lovely views over the estate and the surrounding forest. Visitors have the use of an extensive area of estate grounds where deer can sometimes be seen.
Accommodation: External stairs to First Floor: Sitting-dining room with colour television, DVD player, double sofa-bed and estate views. Kitchen area with gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer and washing machine. Internal stairs to Second Floor: Bedroom with 4'6" double bed and ensuite bathroom with bath with hand shower, basin and w.c.
