Off a quiet residential lane this charming detached cottage, built at the turn of the last century, has been furbished to give a delightfully light and airy open-plan feel throughout complemented by a large sunny garden backing onto fields. There is a walk of less than ten minutes to the unspoilt little harbour at Keyhaven, ideal for dinghy sailing and also with its own passenger ferry both to Hurst Castle beach and to Yarmouth on the Isle of Wight.

Kitchen/breakfast room with gas hob and electric oven, fridge and dishwasher.
Utility room with microwave, freezer and washing machine.
Study with sofa bed and TV. (Only sleeps one comfortably.)
Ground floor shower room with shower cubicle, hand basin and WC.
Stairs to First Floor:
Bedroom 1 with two 3ft beds.
Bedroom 2 with 4ft 6" double bed.
Bathroom with bath with hand shower, hand basin and WC.

Outside: The cottage has a lawn at the front and the gated entrance leads to gravel area with ample parking. Wide level lawns at the rear of the cottage bordered by fields provide a wonderful play space. A gravel area extends from the sitting room and there is a raised patio area provided with garden furniture.

Included: Duvets, pillows, electricity and central heating (gas).
No bed linen, towels or tea towels, guests to provide their own. Please note that even though the sofa bed only sleeps 1 comfortably, a double bottom sheet and duvet cover are required for the sofa bed.
Security Deposit £50 refunded by the owners.
