Pool Room: Stairs down to the internal heated exercise pool (approx 24' long by 10' wide) and heated to a maximum of 84 degrees depending on ambient temperature. The pool features a pump to create a current against which to swim or get a hydro therapy massage if required!

Outside: Glorious, large mature gardens extend over immaculate lawns bordered by mature trees with views to the river and yachts beyond. An extensive raised paved patio beside the property overlooks the gardens and is provided with gas barbecue, dining table, chairs and loungers.

Note: Children welcome but parents please note: a) Children must be supervised in the pool area. b) Drop from patio edge down to lawn. c) Large garden with hidden areas. d) Furniture and fittings are of a high standard.
