Please note that this cottage sleeps up to 6 with 3 bedrooms, but is only suitable for 4 adults in the main property and the barn has a sofabed for occasional overnight use.

Kitchen/breakfast room with gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher.
Ground floor bedroom 1 with 4ft 6in double bed and French windows to deck patio.
Bathroom with bath, hand shower, separate shower cubicle, hand basin and WC.
Utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
Steep cottage stairs to First Floor:
Bedroom 2 with one 3ft bed and 3ft pull-out bed.
Bedroom 3 with one 3ft bed and en-suite washroom with hand basin and WC.
There is a small converted barn in the garden with a sofa bed and a washroom with hand basin and WC. The Barn does not have central heating and is only suitable for occasional overnight use.

Outside: Gate from the lane to a small front garden.  At the rear of the cottage there is a pretty garden with rural views and a decked area, also accessible from master bedroom equipped with garden tables and chairs and sun loungers, also accessible from the master bedroom.
