Located between Fordingbridge and Godshill and within the National Park boundary, this detached bungalow has been completely remodelled and refurbished since the beginning of 2010. It now features five bedrooms, three bathrooms as well as a spacious modern kitchen and a large living room with woodburner stove, beams and patio doors to the garden. The property adjoins the renowned Sandy Balls Nature Reserve where additional fishing and many other facilities are available.

The owners are now able to offer exclusive fishing for £75 per person per week.

Security deposit £200, payable to and refunded by owners.

Parking Private parking for up to three cars only, situated in two designated areas and guests are asked not to park on the access road at any time, even for loading or unloading, as it needs to be kept clear for other properties.
