It is a superb, family holiday base with wonderful views from all rooms and is a haven of peace and privacy in this glorious part of the New Forest. It is light and airy, well appointed and has three bathrooms. All the forest has to offer is on the doorstep, or enjoy the large mature garden, set mainly to lawn with a raised terrace and a stream at the rear of the property. There is an attractive pub five minutes walk along a country lane and the village of Lyndhurst is only a short drive.

of the garden. Outside the boundaries of the garden the Forest extends without interruption on three sides, with deer, ponies, squirrels, rabbits and birdlife all on the doorstep.
