This cosy and welcoming annexe cottage has been extended and specially furnished in a traditional manner to provide a comfortable bolt hole, ideal for couples. The cottage lies to one side of the owners' house and the property enjoys a completely rural setting, (indeed the owners run their own ponies on the forest). A popular pub is about five minutes walk away and miles of open forest lie at the end of the owners' drive waiting to be explored and enjoyed.

Accommodation: 
Sitting/dining room with Freeview TV and DVD player, 4ft sofa-bed and door to patio.
Kitchen with gas cooker, microwave, fridge and breakfast counter.
Freezer available in stable room by cottage. Washing machine facilities available by arrangement with owners.
Bedroom with 4ft 6" double bed and en-suite shower-room with shower cubicle, hand basin and WC.
Second shower-room off sitting-dining room with shower cubicle, hand basin and WC.

Outside: The cottage has a patio area for exclusive use by visitors with barbecue (larger gas barbecue available by arrangement). You are also welcome to walk in the owners' adjoining fields (current crop and livestock requirements permitting). Stable, grazing and horse trailer/small box parking available by aeparate arrangement with owners.

Included:  Duvets or quilted bedspreads, pillows, linen and towels (but please bring own beach towels) and electricity. 
£25 supplement for linen and towels when the sofa bed is used).
Gas central heating charge £7.50 per week, payable to owner if required during stay.
Regret no children aged 14 or under or babies
Security Deposit £40 - refunded by owners
Pets No pets allowed in the cottage but dogs are very welcome and there are kennelling and dog-washing facilities available if required next to the cottage - by arrangement with owner.  Owners have dogs which have their own run by main house
Parking Ample parking by cottage and secure bike storage is also available
