The sitting room benefits from an open fire and views of the heath land and forest through the bay window. The village of Brockenhurst with railway station, shops, pubs and restaurants is only minutes away, while miles of open forest stretch away from the cottage itself and you will often find ponies, donkeys and cattle at the cottage gate. An ideal retreat for those who enjoy walking, picnics and peaceful wandering.

Included: Duvets, pillows, (no bed linen or towels, please provide your own) electricity and gas central heating with a complimentary basket of logs when appropriate. Travel cot, high chair and stairgate available on request, but please bring own cot bedding.
Security deposit £60 refunded by owners.
No pets, but please note that owners own dog occasionally visits.
