Tucked away in the heart of the attractive village of Brockenhurst, this charming detached period cottage provides comfortable and versatile accommodation with two sitting rooms, three comfortable bedrooms and a private rear courtyard. The open forest is 10 minutes walk away and the centre of the pretty village of Brockenhurst, with it's numerous shops, pubs and cafes is also within easy walking distance.

"Our 3rd time in the New Forest and 2nd in this lovely cottage. We had a great time but the dog had the biggest pleasure. Lots of walks, rides, drinking and eating with only one day of rain. We will be back!" Richard and Caroline

Accommodation: 
Small entrance hall.
Sitting room furnished with a sofa and two chairs.
Second sitting room/television room with DVD player also with a sofa and two chairs.
Good sized kitchen/breakfast room with electric hob and oven, microwave, fridge/ freezer, dishwasher and washing machine (Aga not for use).
Large cloakroom with hand basin and WC.
Steep cottage stairs to First Floor:
Bedroom 1 with 4ft 6in double bed.
Bedroom 2 with two 3ft beds.
Bedroom 3 with two 3' beds.
Good sized bathroom with bath, separate shower cubicle, hand basin and WC.

Outside:  Small enclosed lawn at the front of the cottage. A path around the side of the property leads through a gate to a very private paved enclosed rear courtyard with built-in barbecue, table and chairs.

Included: Duvets, pillows, stair gate, electricity and central heating (gas).
Bed linen and towel hire available at £10 per person per week, subject to availability confirmed by owner (beds made up if linen is hired).
Pets One small dog welcome.
