The owners of this charming family home located in the New Forest have converted a delightfully light and airy, spacious artist studio to form part of a self-contained first floor holiday apartment. The studio has a log burner stove, perfect for those chilly evenings, a spacious double bedroom and visitors have the use of the mature gardens of around half an acre. Furthermore children are welcome to use the outdoor toys and games available. Deer are sometimes seen in the garden which overlooks a meadow and the unspoilt upper reaches of Lymington river. Open forest and a couple of excellent local pubs are within walking distance of this welcoming bolt hole.

Outside: Accessed by an external staircase at the rear of the property to the balcony entrance. There is a private garden area with garden furniture and gas barbecue. Visitors are also welcome to use the main garden.
