Delightfully situated in the grounds of one of the prettiest Georgian houses in The New Forest on the outskirts of Beaulieu, this detached single storey cottage tucked behind the owners' home alongside a gravelled driveway is a convenient and peaceful haven from which to explore The New Forest. Comfortable and refurbished to a high standard, the cottage looks out onto lawns and flowerbeds and beyond to fields and woodland. Deer, buzzards and other wildlife can often be seen in the grounds. The Royal Oak Public House, which also serves meals, is a 300 yard walk away. Beaulieu village is one mile away and there is easy
access to the open forest with woodland and river
walks.

Outside: The cottage enjoys a raised terrace at the rear with garden furniture and barbecue and overlooks attractive pastures and trees. Wide lawns beside the cottage are available for guests' use and are adjacent to a field occasionally used by the owners' cattle and calves.
