The attractive contemporary interior offers an open fireplace in the lounge/diner and a wood burner in the snug. Excellent for one two or three couples wanting a comfortable yet stylish break away from it all. Direct forest access makes this an ideal place from which to explore the forest on foot or bicycle. Bird watching, fishing and horse-riding are popular activities in the area as is jet skiing, sailing, water and board skiing at the water sports centre on the nearby lakes. The hamlet of Mockbeggar is situated between the medieval town of Fordingbridge and the market town of Ringwood and within walking distance of some great pubs and Michelin star restaurants.

It was so lovely walking into this beautifully equipped and decorated cottage to find a roaring fire, the most comfortable of beds and all we could possibly need in the kitchen!
