The owners of the magnificent Ladycross Estate in the heart of the New Forest have now added a third holiday cottage to the very popular two already being enjoyed year round by visitors (see A134 and A135). The cottage has been recently refurbished and redecorated throughout and has a spacious lounge diner with open fire and three comfortable bedrooms as well as a private courtyard area where guests can eat and relax in the sun. Visitors also have access to the beautiful lakeside area with picnic tables and barbecue facilities provided.

Accommodation:
Entrance through private courtyard into sitting/dining room with open fire, flatscreen TV and DVD. 
Two steps up from sitting/dining room to separate kitchen with gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. 
Inner Hall. 
Bedroom 1 with 4ft 6in double bed. 
Bedroom 2 with two 3' beds. 
Bathroom with bath, hand shower over, hand basin and WC. 
Open tread spiral staircase from inner hall to First Floor: 
Bedroom 3 with one 3' bed.  Bedroom three would make an excellent 'hideaway' child's bedroom.

Outside:  Situated on the Beaulieu to Brockenhurst road, this cottage is part of the Ladycross Estate in the heart of the New Forest, adjacent to properties No's A134 and A135. Private pavd courtyard with picnic table and benches. Access to lakeside area with barbecue facilities.
