This semi-detached cottage, Victorian in part, enjoys a super setting as you can walk out of the garden straight onto open forest without crossing any roads. Lymington is only some five to ten minutes drive away and please remember to keep the garden gate shut to keep out the ponies!

Outside: The cottage is situated right on the edge of the open forest with access to the cottage at the back via a short forest track. There is a small enclosed garden with steps down to the conservatory door.
Included: Duvets, pillows, electric storage heating and electricity included.
Guests must provide own bed linen and towels.
