Terms and Conditions
Ridgeway Rents accept reservations of holiday accommodation on the following
conditions:

Ridgeway Rents act as booking agents on behalf of the owner and the contract
entered into is solely between the occupier and the owner who has undertaken
to equip maintain clean provide linen if offered and make key arrangements
for the property for holiday letting.

Whilst every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of the information in
our web site Ridgeway Rents cannot be held responsible for any alterations
or changes at properties beyond our reasonable control. Furthermore we cannot
be held responsible for any neglect or default on the part of the owner nor
for any loss damage expense accident injury or inconvenience whether to persons
or to property which the occupier or any other person may suffer or sustain
arising out of the use of the property and its amenities. Ridgeway Rents
will undertake to do what they can to help resolve any dispute between occupier
and owner should sadly some form of disagreement arise and the matter cannot
in the first instance be satisfactorily resolved between occupier and owner.

The occupier undertakes to keep the property and all furniture fittings and
effects in or on the property in the same state of repair and condition as
at the commencement of the holiday (reasonable wear and tear excepted) and
shall replace any breakages with similar articles of at least equal value.
The occupier also undertakes to leave the property clean and tidy at the
end of the holiday.

Booking Confirmation forms would outline amounts and schedule of payments
due. Generally reservations would be confirmed once the Booking Confirmation
form had been returned on schedule signed together with payment in full of
the booking fee and of the deposit due. Balance payments due should be paid
six weeks before the start of the holiday. For bookings made six weeks or
less before arrival the total amount due would be payable immediately. If
payments are not received by due dates then Ridgeway Rents shall be entitled
to cancel the booking and to forfeit to the owner the deposit monies if any
paid.

The payment of the deposit means that the person who
books is liable for the total cost of the holiday booked. We do advise that
visitors have appropriate travel and holiday insurance to cover this. Some
comfort may be possible from our refund scheme but if not then Ridgeway Rents
may be able to help by rebooking a cancelled week if time permits. In this
event we would refund your monies paid less the booking fee and less a 10%
administration charge.

Owners of some properties have safety or insurance restrictions on such matters
as the total number of persons that can be accommodated and whether or not
small children or pets are allowed. Occupiers must strictly adhere to these
requirements.

Linen and towels are not supplied unless otherwise stated on individual property
particulars. Please bring your own sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, bath
and hand towels
and tea towels.

Properties are let on either a Saturday to Saturday or a Friday to Friday
basis and this is clearly stated on the details of each property.

All lettings start from 3pm on the day of arrival and end at 10am on the
day of departure.
